These terms govern your use of AgentWatch and of the service at agentwatch.sh, which is operated by STEELTIER INC., 1710 Keller Parkway #6248, Keller, TX 76248, United States. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company. By using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. What the service is

AgentWatch monitors terminal sessions on a machine you control and lets you view and drive them remotely. The hosted part of the service gives you a subdomain under agentwatch.sh, an encrypted Cloudflare Tunnel to your machine, and a dashboard to manage them. The software that runs on your machine is yours to operate. Access is limited to authorized accounts.

2. Your account

You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for your account, for your device tokens, and for everything done through them. Keep your tokens secret. Tell us at support@agentwatch.sh if you believe a token is compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

break any law, or infringe anyone's rights.
attack, scan, or disrupt other systems, or send unsolicited bulk messages.
host or distribute malware, phishing pages, or other harmful content.
send marketing, promotional, or automated bulk messages through the notification channels.
reach a machine you are not authorized to reach.
resell the service, or place an unreasonable load on it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, with notice when we can give it.

4. SMS, WhatsApp, and voice notifications

Transactional only. Messages and calls relate to your own sessions: an agent needs a decision, a job finished, a job failed, or you asked a question and this is the answer. We never send marketing or promotional messages.
You opt in. You enter your own mobile number in your own AgentWatch settings. No number receives a message until you add it.
Message frequency varies. It depends on your own sessions and your own settings.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates, not us.
Reply HELP for help. You can also email support@agentwatch.sh.
Reply STOP to opt out. Messages to that number end. You can also remove the number from your settings.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Your content

Your terminal sessions, your commands, and your output stay yours. They live on your own machine. We claim no rights over them, and we do not read them.

6. Availability

We offer no uptime guarantee. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the service. Subdomains are a loan, not a property right, and an inactive tunnel is reclaimed after 30 days.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use it at your own risk, and you are responsible for the machines you expose through it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, STEELTIER INC. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
